Kevin Neill 

Co-Owner, Chief Executive Officer

Kevin Neill is the founder of Neill and Son Roofing LLC. Kevin brings unmatched knowledge of construction, having spent 30 years in every part of the industry. From the foundation to the rafters, Kevin has had a part in every aspect of building a home. In the early 2000s, Kevin built over 300 homes, with many of them being custom homes. He attributes much of what he knows to his Dad, Donald Neill. Kevin is extremely proud of where Neill and Son Roofing is today. Working alongside his daughter, Ashley Neill, and his son, Eric Neill, has been a dream come true. Kevin has been able to create a family business and atmosphere that our customers can feel when they meet him. For any and all questions you may have, Kevin is here to help!  Kevin is GAECO, Flat Roofing, LOMANCO, IKO Craftsman, and Pennsylvania Small Business certified. 

Eric Neill 

Co-Owner, Chief Operations Officer

Eric Neill is a proud Duquesne University alumnus. Eric graduated Cum Laude from Duquesne’s Palumbo-Donahue School of Business with a degree in Business Management. Eric also spent his time at Duquesne as a member of the football team where he enhanced his teamwork and leadership skills. Eric is the son of Kevin Neill, founder of Neill and Son Roofing. He has been around construction since he was born, which gives him an unprecedented understanding of the industry at his age. Needless to say, construction and roofing is in his blood. Eric takes great pride in being the next Neill to grow the family business and the industry. Eric is extremely passionate about roofing and growing the importance of quality craftsmanship and customer service. Eric is GAECO, Flat Roofing, LOMANCO, IKO Craftsman, and Pennsylvania Small Business certified.

Joe Mischler

Co-Owner, CFO/CMO

Joe is a proud graduate of Duquesne University in Pittsburgh. Joe graduated top of his class at Duquesne, earning Summa Cum Laude from Duquesne’s Palumbo-Donahue School of Business with a degree in Finance. Joe has been with Neill and Son Roofing for over 3 years now. Before earning his position as CFO and CMO, Joe worked at the ground levels of the company operations and learned much about the construction and roofing industry. In addition, his knowledge was expanded by mentoring under Kevin Neill. Joe has a great passion for Neill and Son Roofing and the roofing industry. He hopes to be the next generation in the industry to push for high quality services and to treat people with the utmost respect. Joe is certified in GAECO, Flat Roofing, LOMANCO, IKO Craftsman, and Pennsylvania Small Business.

Ashley Neill

Office Manager

Ashley has developed her office management and administrative duties in a number of different roles. Her current role with the company is vital to our success and ability to give all of our customers the highest quality service possible. Ashley prides herself on her organizational, communication, and critical-thinking skills. Ashley has loved her time with the company and having the opportunity to work closely with her Dad and brother.
